Equinox Very Open House -12/9/17

2 min read 13 Comments

I'm thrilled to once again be showing my jewelry and bitty bowls at Equinox's annual art party in the Georgetown neighborhood of Seattle. There are many studios open - I'll be at She-Metal alongside several talented metal artists.

She-Metal Studio - 502 S River St, Seattle, WA 98108
This Saturday, December 9th  -  6-10pm

You don't want to miss this crazy fun art party - forging demonstrations, performance art, food trucks, sparkling blue light filled streets, art shenanigans and too many talented artists to count.

I'll be in amazing company at She-Metal - Erica Gordon of Steel Toe Studios, Patrick Maher of Blu Skillet Ironware, Maria Cristalli, Leah Gerard, and Dylan Anderson. These artists are so freaking talented!

I made a special little selection of one of a kind copper and brass ring bowls. I'll have these along with a selection of my enameled copper bowls and spoons and sterling silver, gold, and gemstone jewelry collections.

Luck and gratitude for the win! HOW TO ENTER: 1. Be grateful! Tell us about who/what you are grateful for in the comments 2. Enter your name and email (so I know who to contact if you win) 3. Submit as guest (some people have had trouble when they try the log in method) 4. Cross your fingers.

I’m grateful for my friends and family this holiday season ❤️ Losing my mom and grandmother in 2015 and 16 Has taught me to value so much the connections that I have with family and friends. This November I had dinner with one of my cousins I haven’t seen in over 30 years! How I learned about my life from that cousins perspective.

I’m thankful for the chance to get outdoors…whether that be hiking around Mt. Rainier with Catherine in the summer or enjoying chilly winter walks. It’s a treat to breathe fresh air and feel invigorated by NW sights. Thanks for causing me to reflect today.

I am thankful for my sister Catherine’s incredible creativity that she generously shares with all of us. She brightens this season and all seasons with beauty, color, and innovative designs. Now, if I could just decide which gem of a spoon I am going to purchase……
Thankful for Rob, Tove, and Olin who make me laugh and remind me of what is important in life.
My cat Silo and kitten Victor, even though the curious little kitten’s recent antics include knocking down as many christmas tree ornaments he can each night.
Thankful for family , friends, and joining together for the holidays
And my final thanks goes out to SNOW!!!!!!!!!!
Wish I could be at the holiday show!

It’s nice to take a moment and be reminded of that- thank you for pushing me to do that today. Happy Holidays!!! Now let me go shop some more and see what I should add to my CG collection…hmmm=)

Love this, Catherine. I’m grateful for Christmas lights. The twinkling, the colors. Their brightness keeps me from going stark raving mad this time of year. And don’t anyone tell you ya gotta take ’em down, people. (Also grateful for amazing friends like you.)
