SHIPPING

Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days from purchase (made to order items take longer). During especially busy times like the holidays, it can take a little longer to get your order ready (up to 7 business days). I appreciate your patience.  

If you need it right away, please email c@catherinegrisez.com. All orders are shipped via the method chosen and paid for, either through USPS or UPS.

PANDEMIC DISRUPTIONS: Please note that all shipping carriers are running slower than normal. Expect delays. 

  • USPS Ground — $13.50 flat rate (3-5 days)
  • UPS Ground - $18 flat rate (4-7 days)
  • UPS 2nd Day — $35 flat rate
  • UPS Overnight – $100 flat rate

Free shipping on orders over $200, automatically applied at check-out

 

Local Curbside Pickup is available at checkout for those in the Seattle area. Once processed, you will receive an email when the item is ready and you can make an appointment for a Pickup Time, typically within 3-5 business days.

Express Shipping: Included with 2 day or overnight shipping. Orders placed with expedited shipping will be processed in 1 business day (not including made to order items). 

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

I strive to exceed your expectations, but I understand that in person, items can sometimes be different than you imagined.

Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving purchase for a full refund. Return must be sent carefully packaged in its original packaging.
Email c@catherinegrisez.com for a return shipping label and instructions.

Exchanges can be made up to 10 days after receiving purchase. I recommend shipments be made via UPS insured. Exchanges must be mailed well packaged in original packaging.

Custom or special orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

CG Sculpture and Jewelry is not responsible for merchandise that is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Should a situation like this arise, I will do my best to help you find a solution and supply tracking numbers. However, you must contact the courier regarding loss or damage to your shipment.

*Be sure to open and inspect packages immediately upon arrival and report anything askew.

Finishes may vary slightly due to the transformative nature of metal and gemstones.

Please keep in mind that since I make everything by hand, slight variations may occur from images on this site. Metal, pearls and gemstones are organic elements and as such, diversity is a natural characteristic. Expect slight variations in color, shape and texture.

With time and exposure to light, oxygen, beauty products, etc - finishes may also change over time. Darkening or lightening of colors is normal.
